Why Construction Crews Choose Us

Four reasons trades pick Custom Work Jacket over Vistaprint, Custom Ink, or the local print shop.

Built to last on real jobsites

Reinforced seams, double-stitched cuffs, and abrasion-resistant fabrics that survive months of nail bags, framing tools, and concrete dust. Not the thin promotional jackets you get from generic suppliers.

ANSI Class 2 & Class 3 hi-vis available

For crews working roads, near traffic, or on utility sites, we offer ANSI 107-2020 certified jackets in Class 2 and Class 3 — branded with your logo while staying compliant.

Recommended Styles for Construction

Canvas Work Jacket

The standard for framers, masons, and rough construction. 14oz duck canvas, lined or unlined, with multiple chest and hand pockets. Embroidery friendly.

Softshell

For crews working in moderate cold or wind. Water-resistant outer with stretchable fleece lining. Lighter than canvas, packs better, still tough.

Insulated Parka

For cold-weather construction. Down-fill or synthetic fill with ANSI hi-vis options. Built for winter framing, ice & water work, snowbelt utilities.

Hi-Vis Class 2 / Class 3

Required for roadwork, utilities, and DOT-funded projects. ANSI 107-2020 certified with your logo embroidered or printed.

What Construction Crews Are Asking

Are these ANSI 107-2020 certified?

Our hi-vis jackets are ANSI 107-2020 certified at Class 2 (single-arm reflective) and Class 3 (full reflective). We can provide certification documentation for compliance audits or DOT-funded projects.

Can you embroider on hi-vis fabric without compromising the certification?

Yes. We use embroidery techniques that don’t reduce reflective coverage below the ANSI threshold. Logo placement is restricted to specific zones — our designers will recommend where it goes.

What’s the minimum order?

12 jackets per style. You can mix sizes within a single style. Mixing different jacket styles in the same order is possible at higher volumes (50+ units).

How long does production take?

10–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush options at 7–10 business days for an additional fee. Reorders on file ship in 5–7 business days.
